I had the privilege of being in Tia’s Institute class. It was hands down the best teaching I have ever received on temple and family history work. Tia is so intentional in centering her teachings on the Saviour. It is clear she has been & continues to be intentional in her seeking of Him. Tia studies & seeks deeply, she strives to understand the doctrine of Christ directly from Christ as well as through His servants and word. As I have experienced Tia’s teaching- both in her class and podcast, my perspective on the Saviour’s doctrine & work has expanded exponentially. My relationship with my Saviour has deepened in beautiful ways as my understanding of His truth has expanded.

I had the opportunity to learn from the Smiths in a family history calling a few years ago. I cannot begin to describe the fierce love and passion these two have to serve and testify of our Heavenly Father. I love that Tia encouraged us to continue through our humanness, because there is a power behind family history work that is beyond our own. Tia, Ever since my daughter introduced me to your enlightening podcast, I’ve found every episode to be beautiful, inspiring and deeply insightful. Your messages always deeply touch me. Plus the talks you find for us are always timely, edifying & so very needful for our hungry souls.
To me, your beautifully soothing voice and messages are given in a way that we can all relate to. For my spirit, some of the podcasts are way too hurried up & almost strident but yours always invokes the kind of sacred reverence we feel in the temple. So, please know that most of us would not want you to change a thing! You are to be admired and are so very loved & appreciated.
