Like his publication Lapham’s Quarterly, and Harpers (while he ran it), this podcast is a treasure of wisdom peppered with fantastic guests often speaking on a specific topic, and the indispensable Lewis Lapham who has a literary memory the likes of Christopher Hitchens or Tyler Cowen. A single episode is more enlightening than most books.

Love this podcast, have been listening since he was on Bloomberg. Well paced with great guests. I always learn something new with this podcast and thoroughly enjoy his voice. The history books are the best!
