I am a business consultant and leadership coach that uses The Six Working Geniuses as an instrumental tool, and helping business owners, their executives and managers understand the make up of their personnel, and how each are uniquely equipped.
One particular story I regularly share has to do with the owners of a business who were frustrated that they, the owners, were the only ones that ever came up with ideas! They complained to me that their executives and managers “never came up with ideas, as owners are the only ones that come up with new ideas on how to move the business forward. Upon hearing that, I recommended that the owners, their executives and their managers all take The Six Working Geniuses assessment. What it revealed was transformative!! The owners all had as their working genius of Wonder and Invention, while they’re executives and managers, all had Enablement, and Tenacity as their working geniuses. The owners and the executives & managers were on opposite ends of The Six Working Genius spectrum. When everybody saw and understood the results, it transformed how they viewed each other, their working relationship and morale.
I highly recommend The Six Working Genius assessment for every organization of any size. While not absolutely necessary, I would also recommend you have someone familiar with the assessment, to administer it.

I love this podcast! It resonates so deeply with me as I have been in leadership roles both in the corporate world and within my church. Not only do these topics intrigue and help me, but it’s easy to listen to throughout my workday. I love their sense of humor and find myself wishing I could be a fly on their wall while they record these conversations!

I did the Working Genius assessment at work. It was so eye opening!
