Started listening to these podcasts a few weeks ago after Facebook assaulted me daily with ads, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I’m
hooked.
Here is what this podcast is NOT:
1- An incredibly fit male mansplaining how women can do better with their fitness levels and nutrition. It is evident within a very short time of listening that Maverick is undeniably genuine in his journey of helping women achieve results by navigating a proven and direct path that follows simple guidelines and focuses on incremental changes over time to lead into a lifetime of wellness.
2- Another ‘Get Fit Quick by ONLY doing ____”This is not an apple cider nonsense scheme, pill, diet, supplement, etc. Nope, there is only real work involved as real results are the only goal.
3- Another fitness podcast… okay, well it is, but it is so much more than that. Maverick balances the fitness talk with a very broad range of topics to keep the listeners engaged, including guest speakers, personal stories, and quips and jabs at pretty much anything he feels like. Free entertainment AND free life advice.
I recommended this podcast to any woman out there who is sick of living in a ‘what diet/ supplement/ program can I try now?’ state. Sick of the binge-punish-starve-binge cycle that we put ourselves through. This podcast will help retrain your brain to love yourself (including your body as it is TODAY), refocus your energy on results and incremental change, and work through all the misinformation about fitness and nutrition that is flooding our news feeds daily. If you are ready to listen to non-sugar coated, exceptionally funny, and authentically raw material on fitness geared towards women 30+, this here is the one.

Maverick! Can’t thank you enough for taking the time to share your knowledge with all of us- it takes integrity to be able to pass on the valuable information you have acquired over the years and I’m grateful for you. I’m listening on a regular basis now and have slowly made some changes and just hearing you say “change one thing” helped me so much… I was setting my goals too high and failing miserably. Also, it’s so helpful to know the ins and outs of instagram and I’ll be sure to watch your videos all the way through. Thank you again☺️

For better or worse you will quickly find yourself falling in love with Mav and his knowledge and vulnerability. Wanna start your day or end your day well? Head to work and put on an episode. Or do your evening walk to his dreamy voice. Hahaha honestly tho. This is a consistently GREAT podcast. Pick any episode and you won’t be disappointed.

The podcast had a really strong run with health and exercise tips, though Mav would go on tangents about his personal life and 20 minutes in was the meat. I really appreciated the time stamps that eventually came. Now it has evolved into relationship advice from newlyweds and random things they are claiming they are experts in. I’m no longer listening.
