Elizabeth is an incredible host, she has struck the perfect balance between juicy, informative, and just hanging out with a friend and catching up. Great listen and a new regular to my rotation!

I love this podcast! Elizabeth is humble, down to earth, and genuinely seeks to spread truth and wisdom. I respect her so much for having the hard, controversial conversations even when it means she might get some backlash. I’m sad that those who left negative reviews are blinded by political sentiments and will miss out on the value here :( I have learned so much that has benefited me in my marriage and with my own chronic health challenges. Truly life changing on so many levels. Thank you thank you!

I’ve been in the wellness world trying to figure out my own health for years and it’s a very confusing world because it’s a mix of honesty and marketing BUT this podcast really simplifies it! Listening has really helped understand parts of myself that have been just starting to surface and makes me feel so seen! Absolutely love this podcast so much and highly recommend!!

I used to really like this podcast, but the episode on RFK/MAHA completely changed my perspective on Elizabeth. I would be so sad if someone’s baby died of whooping cough because they heard in this podcast that MMR is not a “mandatory vaccine, and babies don’t need to get them all”. I loved when she focused on mental health—her solo episode about going back on SSRIs was especially powerful—but this kind of pseudoscience has no place in the conversation and I just had to unfollow…

I found this podcast last year and really enjoyed Elizabeth’s personality and discussions of her health journey with education on tools she has used along the way. Unfortunately, overtime the podcast has changed to become more self-indulgent and a turn off to her general audience. I found myself starting to turn off podcasts a quarter of the way through and realized it’s because we’re missing the health and wellness, and getting more of the influencer fake-perfect lifestyle, and display of wealth, without substantial acknowledgement of privilege. Naturally people will compare themselves to her health story, but the truth is it’s becoming unattainable and frankly depressing as a “normal” person to listen to this podcast, and follow her on Instagram the more she posts private jets and influencer resorts…
