I can’t believe that I found this podcast. In a time where it is cold and dreary in my part of the world, this podcast has brought a lot of light. It has motivated me to start meditating using the Plum Village app, actually! I feel like I could listen to every episode multiple times because of how much wisdom there is in each one. I am so glad I started listening now as there is such a treasure chest of episodes to choose from every time I want to listen to one which has practically become a daily enjoyable task for me. I started it while driving one day, not wanting to listen to music and then my practice grew while being in the shower. Now I try and like to sit down and listen to the words, the banter and all the knowledge on wisdom and joy. Thank you for making this podcast! I have fallen in deep admiration for the Plum Village teaching and see the benefits in my every day.
