I learn so much from the squeeze. I love the variety they bring here, because when it comes to mental health…it’s really not one size fits all. They challenge me to take care of myself better mentally, be more mindful of things, and they overall just keep it real. Love listening every week and grateful for the space they’ve created for everyone. 💛

I had no idea this podcast was going to be such an amazing one. The questions were always so interesting and put together by Tay. She knew not only the right questions but the right follow ups and they were executed with such respect. So many questions could have been asked that didn’t come from a respectful way and they both did amazing work on this. And Taylor was never intrusive about his own life in the limelight and that was equally impressive. He has grown into an incredible man. I am looking forward to listening to more of them and am honestly shocked they don’t have more of a following. They are not sensational and over the top and that is important to me. I don’t have social media and hate the crapshoot of drama on it. Congratulations to you both on such a great show and to many more years of success 💝

I adore you guys and love the premise of this show. The earlier episodes seemed to focus way more on mental health. It gave people a safe space to share vulnerable but often relatable stories. It seems like this show has transitioned away from that, and the conversations are more surface-level (could be found on any other podcast the guest goes on). I do hope the focus remains on mental health, as I know it truly will impact so many people on a deeper level!

The most wholesome podcast!! I truly hated podcast and didn’t understand why people listened to them until I found The Squeeze. I have listened to every single episode every single episode since. They are comforting and helpful. I have struggled with grief since 2020 and I love hearing the guest they bring on talk about their grief journey. I love what the Laurner’s do with their podcast. They are truly amazing people. If you don’t like the squeeze we cannot be friends. Period.

First time listening to this podcast. I was excited to listen to Mikayla’s episode as I love her in Momtok. All I could hear was the host saying “Yeah” after every sentence pretty much. It was super distracting and annoying. I get it’s an acknowledgement thing but seriously, it’s too much. Couldn’t finish.
