This book is a total game changer for any business that wants to scale. My career has been in leadership development and strategy - I've worked at Fortune 500 tech companies, have coached founders and have an MBA, so I've been around some of these business and strategy concepts (like Michael Porter's concepts on strategy) for years. I've NEVER seen a framework this tight and focused in it's ability to change paradigms so quickly and deliver massive change through it's strategic rigor.
