Jay is likely the most well regarded and followed figure out there in multifamily housing coverage. As an avid multifamily LP investor for the last 13-years, Jay has truly revolutionized my understanding of the asset class. His social media posts and media commentary on the latests data and developments in the market are delivered in such a consumable way for this novice. He seems to know all the top players and is just an amazing one stop shop for all things multifamily. The podcast is the icing on the cake. His kind and friendly demeanor make him a really nice personality to listen to. Anyone serious about following or learning about all things rental housing from a serious institutional grade housing researcher would be wise to follow this pod.
