Entertaining host, good chemistry with each interviewee, and a good diversity of backgrounds.
If I had one suggestion, it would be to spend more time on the “what works and what doesn’t” part of the show. We spend a reasonable amount of time on the “people, how they got into it, and what their jobs entail,” but an extra 5 or so minutes on how people mobilize stakeholders or come up with an effective communication strategy would make this an even better podcast. When you are short on this last, vital subject, the show can feel a bit more like a showcase of the interviewee and their organization than a dialogue on the industry.
