Matt Roberts is a really great podcast host. Makes you feel like you’re sitting with him watching the episode. Love his insight into the production aspects, and appreciate all the work that goes into each and every episode. Love that he takes the time out of his extremely busy schedule to gift the fans a nice sit down chat of the ongoing season. 👏👏👏👏👏

This podcast is great! I just started rewatching the show and listening to this podcast at the same time. I will admit it takes a little time to get into, but I love hearing the perspectives of the writers and what went into making each scene. It’s really interesting to hear what issues they had and what they wanted to do at first and how it ended up. I love the show I think it’s remarkable and the podcast is a lovely addition to watching the show. Can’t wait for the next season!

Thanks for the podcast. I like listening to it and getting behind the scenes stuff. Sometimes I’ll watch the episode at the same time. I would love to hear Sam and Caitriona and other actors on here with the hosts to give their perspectives from behind the scenes. The 7th season is great and I just need more Claire and Jamie.

I like the other podcasts for Outlander with the fluff and theatrics, you know who you two are, but this one is for the show making geeks who like all those behind the scenes details . Just the basics , raw ,and flawed 🙂

It’s painful to listen to this podcast. Between the host’s ramblings from one subject to the next without a proper segue, the poor audio quality, and the nonexistent editing that is in the form of long moments of silence and repeated “umms” and “uhhs” it’s impossible to follow along without losing interest. I’m sure there’s a great deal of fascinating information but it’s completely lost due to the reasons listed above.

The execution and production level of this podcast in my opinion is unacceptably low to be officially associated with a show of this caliber. The information is great, but the host is talking too slow, there are very long silent gaps, and the audio is not good enough. For an audio first medium the listening experience is being completely ignored. This could be great but needs significant changes. The Yellowstone podcast is a great example to learn from.
