I can always count on Tessa to share little nuggets of parenting/mindset wisdom! I love that she shares so many practical, real life examples for aligning your mindset with who you want to be!

We all know that being a parent is hard. There is so much we could complain about. But those thoughts don't bring us any closer to actually being the parent we want to be. Tessa has helped me so much realign my thoughts and is helping me become the mom I want to be. I love that she has flipped the narrative of motherhood and it feels so much more empowering that I can show up as the person I want to be. I wish all my close people would listen to this so we could be empowered together.
