Thoroughly enjoyed the Transformational Team Communication course! For the longest time, I struggled with interacting in small groups…not truly understanding why there was little to no cohesion on the team, why I felt taken advantage of and misunderstood….however, this course helped me discover my Leadership Voice(s) and how my Voice tends to interact with other Voices (both good and bad). This course taught me practical ways to support and challenge myself and the other voices to unlock our true potential. Mark was phenomenal and handled all our questions (even the repeated ones) with ease and grace! Thanks Mark, for everything…but especially for investing in our lives and committing to liberating others!

I recently attended the 5 Voices Course.
As someone who isn’t a fan of taking any course, hands down do not regret it at all and one of the best courses I’ve taken. My biggest takeaway from being in the class is that once you figure out who you are and who others are (voices) healthy communication becomes so fluent. There are so many ways to allow each person to stand out and stand firm on how they want to go about doing things. Tone is my biggest setback. Saying things and then being mistaken for being aggressive is such a hard thing to overcome especially when it’s not how you meant it. I now know tools to 1. get my point across, 2. consider who I’m talking to, and 3. allow my reaction to what is being said receptive. One of the best courses I’ve taken and definitely think other should take it especially if in a leadership position, getting to know your people is more than half the battle but understanding how they work and what works best for them is the other. Thank you Mark !

The amount of information, tools, videos etc. provided during the transforming team communication course is invaluable. As a First Sergeant, this material will make it 10 times easier for me to pour into my unit and local community. Thanks so much for doing the hard work for us.

This course taught me so much more than I expected! I have applied the skills and lessons learned to my every day routines and I have a brand new perspective when it comes to managing relationships (both business and professional).
