As a Michigander with a passion for the outdoors, I turn to this show to keep me informed. And Rachel is the magical piece that makes this show fantastic! I listened to this show before it was a duo with Rachel and Eric. If the purpose of this duo is to exemplify balance with one person being thoughtful and providing loads of value and the other person being on the opposite side of the spectrum, then you’ve succeeded. Rachel is super smart and takes Eric’s lame comments in stride. On the other hand, it’s pretty clear from several ignorant comments that Eric is no match and is a bit sexist. Why does he find it necessary to fact check Rachel and/or repeat the smart things she says as if he was the one to make the point? Ugh. This show is awesome but would be SO much better if Eric stuck with producing and editing. Let Rachel be the voice of show.

Rachel and Eric do a great job of bringing us information regarding wildlife and our state of Michigan. Always interesting topics and their ‘Mug Me’ concept is entertaining and fun!! Plus the mug is really awesome!! Keep up the good work.

So excited to dive into this podcast. New to the hunting world. But a life long Michigander and absolutely love our out of doors. I have dove extremely deep into conservation and find how hard it is for entities like the DNR to raise the money needed to keep our wild, wild and habitable for all species. I think this podcast and your emails are a great start to get people involved and aware of everything our state has to offer. Raising money for the Pure Michigan Hunt is another great idea! I would pay 10$ an entry! What a great opportunity! Keep up the good work conservationist of Michigan! And draw my name in January!
