I came across your podcast just in time for my move onto a new 5 acre property in 2021. Since then I’ve been an avid listener who has benefited from the wealth of gardening advice. From my ever expanding organic raised terraced vegetable beds where I experimented with Hügelkultur practices to my dozen or so fruit trees planted, inspired by Lee Reich, the information and inspiration never stops. Thank you Joe!
P.S. I know you love trees. Ever consider an episode on the Ashe tree and its demise? Last fall we had to take down a dozen or so dead on our property. Wondering if there is anything being done to bring them back.

I’ve been listening for years and never miss an episode. Each and every one has something for me to learn, even the ones that don’t apply to my growing zone. Thank you for always finding new & tried/true things to discuss and make us think!

I love how educational the show is and the interviews with experts getting into the science is fascinating! My only criticism is that these episodes could be edited down more and retain the same interesting content. Joe sometimes repeats the same ideas or speaks at length what could have been said in just a few words. But I love his passion!
