This podcast is one of the best things about the Cincinnati Reds. A chance to see the ordinary side of these extraordinary athletes, listen as Jim does a perfect job of interviewing and, more importantly, just listening. From Joey Votto to Jake Fraley to Sean Casey, you will love these players for who they are off the field just as much as you love them for who they are on the field. Producing an excellent podcast, this one truly belongs to the Reds!

Love the interviews. Just need more retired players. The Jim Maloney episode is gold. Get more of the Big Red Machine before they are gone. You had them in Cincy and should have been talking to them. Find more of the 60s and 70s era players yo mix in. Please! They have great stories!

Update: I’ve just started about a month plus ago listening to the podcast. I try to listen to the new ones when they come out, and have been listening to the old ones in order. Just listened to the Corky Miller one and it is so cool listening him talk about Tyler Stephenson. Folks, you have to listen to the old ones. So much you can see from the past and how things have come to fruition later. Just saying! Thanks Jim Day for doing this!

I have loved watching Jim Day on the TV over the years giving us Reds baseball. The last little while I’ve heard them talk about the Jim Day podcast. I’ve never been one to really listen to that kind of thing. But, I decided to take a leap. I subscribed to the podcast and have enjoyed it immensely! Love the chats you have with the players. Have loved the Kyle Farmer episodes! Keep it going Jim! Thanks for all you do for us in Reds Country!
