The episode with Dr. Ead was so insightful. I especially appreciated the breakdown on the harmful impacts of seed oils and oxidative stress.

Don’t appreciate the slide of this podcast into pseudoscience, particularly the episode with Tom Cowan, who promotes conspiracy theories and spreads mis- and disinformation. “Viruses aren’t real”, really?? There are years and years of scientific proof that viruses exist, they have been visualized with microscopes, their genomes have been sequenced. The bio on his website states he “retired” from his active medical practice. In actuality, he surrendered his medical license after being put on probation for prescribing unapproved medications to a patient with breast cancer and he can no longer practice medicine. Instead he works as a “health coach” pushing supplements on his website. Giving this man a platform to push his anti-science disinformation is dangerous.
