I’ve been following Thomas’ work for a while. Always enjoy his pieces on BBC future. I think the first episode is a great starting point for this podcast. The format between the hosts is interesting, as there’s a clear structure, but each of them discuss the topic and contribute to the topic from their own perspective. All of the hosts are clearly informed, and I’m very excited to listen to the next one.
The Ring Doorbell topic is concerning (albeit unsurprising). I think the TikTok talk is especially poignant. To anyone reading this, I suggest reading Germain’s article on BBC future titled “The words you can't say on the internet” (one of my favs)
Was surprised to see the podcast only has 3.5 stars—because I don’t have any complaints. The only thing I could see as a point of critique is that the adds can come off as bit jarring maybe—but I don’t mind them. People shouldn’t forget that podcasts like this are supported by advertiser revenue.
All in all this podcast is a great way to stay informed in a modern way, delivered right into your ears.

Clear, timely and informative. Interplay between hosts prevents topics from being too technical. Helped to answer questions I had about a range of topics from Ring Cameras to Data Centers.
