Love the host’s energy and the format of the show. Discovered this podcast at seven weeks pregnant. It has already helped me feel much more serene, excited and empowered about birth! Listening to other people’s stories, with minimal interjection or “making it about me”itis that’s unfortunately typically heard from other female centered podcast hosts is non existent here. I feel bad saying that but it has been difficult finding a podcast where the host is a genuinely good listener and asks insightful questions while giving supportive feedback. Thank you!

I listened to Claire’s podcast starting around 15 weeks pregnant, it was my go to on my commute to work. I feel so educated, informed, and empowered after listening to it through the end of my pregnancy. I achieved a positive unmedicated hospital birth using hypnobirthing and tell everyone about this podcast! I also purchased Claire’s abbreviated course & watched through with my fiancé the month before I was due & highly recommend! Worth every penny. Thank you Claire!

After listening to this podacst, I had a beautifully successful, unmedicated hospital birth. I recommend this podcast to anyone I know trying to conceive or expecting! It’s a wonderful tool for anyone, and explains what to expect in such great depth through the various birth stories and guests. Claire is pleasant to listen to and offers a great platform for others to chat about hypnobirthing. Highly recommend!!!!!

An abrupt and loud advertisement in the middle of a hypobirthing session really derails the mind… I can’t use the podcast for labor or labor prep purposes if I’m worried there will be an interruption. There are a lot of free meditations out there without advertisements.
