The dispatcher, Sarah, is truly awesome. I don’t mind the narrator because the story was so intense. I was honestly captivated, but I had to listen to the end of episode 1, three different times. I thought I wasn’t paying attention and had just missed it, but nope, it literally just cuts off mid-word.

Such low effort. It annoys me that someone had to be like, “that’s fine.. [ultimate cliff hanger].” It’s a little insulting honestly. Have some pride in your work ABC News podcast people! Especially if the story is good! Have more respect for the people involved in the story, and don’t insult your listeners by putting out episodes that cut off mid-word. Geez.
