Lately I’ve been on a Greg McKeown deep-dive, and I’m finding this podcast to be so relevant to the problems I’ve been facing in my personal life! I like that he doesn’t take what his guests say at face-value and actually asks them questions to think more deeply about their own views. I also love that he challenges listeners in some of the episodes to take action based on what they have just heard. So grateful to have this semi-weekly podcast to help move me in the right direction!

I am a huge fan of the book, “Essentialism,” and have read it many times. This podcast is a beautiful companion to the book. I love listening to these episodes when I am walking in nature and reflecting on what really matters in my life. I’m so grateful that Greg McKeown has dedicated his life to this work. He has given so much of his time and energy to making these big contributions to the world. I feel the ripples of his work every single day in my own life. The ripple effects will live on forever — in everyone who makes intentional choices and all the folks they impact. Thank you!

Greg McKeown's podcast, Episode 233: "The Power of Half an Hour," offers a timely set of tools that have positively transformed my life and work. After engaging with several of Greg's podcasts and reading his books, "Essentialism" and "Effortless," I've cultivated a core set of foundational skills that I now implement daily using the Essentialism Planner.
While the internet provides many benefits, such as the ability to connect remote workers through video conferencing and shared project management tools, it also subjects us to a constant barrage of social media, text messages, news updates, and the pressure to stay constantly alert. Achieving simplicity in a complex world is no small feat. The ability to discern and eliminate what is unnecessary, to separate the essential signals from nonessential noise, is indeed a challenging task.
Essentialism offers a methodology to disconnect and navigate through life's noise, replacing it with silence, stillness, and solitude. I greatly appreciate Greg's podcast and his openness to learn from others, continually refining and sharing the message of essentialism with the world.

Episode 280 with Rob Dyrdek on the power of systems was one of the best podcast episodes I have heard! Really liked the part discussing that everyone already has a complex system, so designing one makes things easier.
