I watched your video on YouTube about how to build a relationship with myself when I was trying to “glow up” and level up and you made me realize that the gym and eating better and getting my nails done consistently is fun and cool, but those things never actually gave me sustainable happiness all by themselves and that’s because I wasn’t doing the inner work… I listened to your podcasts about anxious attachment styles and it’s only been a couple weeks but you’ve already changed my life so much. I love your podcasts they’re apart of my daily ritual now!

I like that when listening to her talk about growing through bad habits and developing good ones for ourselves she’s constantly making it clear that it’s not easy, go with your pace, write things out, plan things, don’t plan them, listen to the part of your that is rooting for a better day. She’s the messenger for so many things I need to hear to properly heal, the real and the honest. I bought her book and I’m starting that as well. I recently stumbled across Elicia's YT channel and podcast and there's a huge sense of being seen that I feel when I listen to her. I remember getting teary eyed when she talked about her childhood and her addiction to candy as a form of comfort. I felt she was talking about me 😩😭. This podcast definitely helps push me to love myself more and give myself grace.
