This is my favorite podcast of all time. I found it just when I was beginning my metabolic health journey and moving away from low sugar low fat. I have never felt so nutritionally satisfied and enjoyed every episode that helped me on my journey. I put off listening to the last episode for a while because I was so sad to be done with the series. But, now I’m listening through all the podcasts again! Thank you Fallon and Kori for reminding me of health the way that God designed my womanly body to function.

I’ve been looking for a podcast that gives me the confidence and support to make healthy decisions for myself and my family while consciously navigating wellness and nutrition. That being said, I just finished the Pregnancy + Postpartum episode with Noelle Kovary and I felt that the guest was speaking in a really harmful and careless manner regarding postpartum anxiety and depression. While I can see some of her points, she boiled postpartum depression down as in her words “a choice”. In not so many words, she stated that you choose the people you are around, you choose to have to go back to work and not make life choices that allow you to be at home, you choose to believe you can’t breastfeed or produce enough milk. I was disappointed to see a guest with such an out of touch and privileged mindset, especially when the podcast is geared towards women, many of whom face those struggles.
