As someone with misophonia, I beg whoever edits the audio to please remove the saliva/smacking noise when the host pauses. I can’t focus on the words because the mic seems to pick it up every single time, and all my brain hears is the smacks! I’m a new listener and Chelsea is so well-spoken and I enjoy the discussion; unfortunately, I can’t focus because of the clicking saliva sounds and would love it to be somehow removed or dampened.

Love this podcast! This is my favorite finance podcast! Chelsea is a fantastic host, always asks great questions, and stays on topic and great at driving the conversation. I’ve learned quite a bit from listening and appreciate the variety of guests she has on from financial experts to food bloggers to fashion experts - while all staying relevant to money topics.

As a female veteran I really appreciate your latest episode. I unfortunately resonated with her experiences in the military and the struggle for women in the service all around. While I did not come from a military family or background, I faced similar challenges during my time in service and the ongoing efforts that need to be made for women in the military safety and security both physically and financially. Great episode. Thanks again!

I love TFD (am a Society member), I appreciate the Too Good to be True podcasts, but the audio quality keeps me from listening to this feed as much as I would like to.
It’s not just an episode to episode difference- there will be multiple times within the same episode (especially in TGTBT shows) where Ryan will be very loud, and Julia very quiet, and other interviews even more quiet somehow. Sometimes it’s the opposite as well- where Julia is louder than Ryan, or in TFD shows, sometime’s Chelsea’s volume is louder than the guest.
This volume range means I can’t listen to this show when I am most wanting to: while cooking or getting ready in the mornings. I can only seem to listen if I am wearing my noise canceling headphones with my podcast equalizer setting, or else I might miss some of the content simply because I can’t hear it.
It’s really a bummer because I want to listen more often, but I feel constantly behind because I can’t listen when I’d like.

I was interested because the title was catchy but there’s too much political accusation thrown into a show about personal finance. The women on this show worship money and find it as a salvation to their underlying issues. There are better financial shows out there that teach you to leave an abundant life and use money as a tool rather than treat it as a god.

Too Good To Be True just isn’t as savvy as the old show in which Chelsea hosted and interviewed professionals. The most recent episode features someone who graduated with $15,000 in student loan debt for their art degree (which is really quite low), took an unpaid internship post-grad, and defaulted on their loan. I’m not here to shame anyone but stories like this don’t really resonate with a money-savvy audience. Also the hosts make sweeping statements without any regard for nuance. Finally, the hosts themselves don’t seem to be very good with money (e.g. taking on debt to pay for cosmetic surgery).
