I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this. I just finished the first episode of The Dr. Pompa Podcast, and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever felt more seen from a podcast introduction before. This isn’t just about giving health, it’s about hope.

Dr. Pompa and his wife speak in a way that is raw, and real. I’ve been struggling with chronic illness for years — the kind of mystery symptoms that no one seems to understand. I’ve tried everything: doctors, diets, protocols, supplements. But this episode reminded me that healing isn’t just physical — it’s spiritual and backed with purpose.

Hearing their story — the suffering, the marriage that endured illness, the children they adopted through tragedy, the calling that came from total collapse — gave me goosebumps. If you’re looking for a podcast that’s not just informative but transformational, this is it.

In a country where chronic diseases have become the norm, Dr. Pompa and his army bring proof in the form of science that it doesn’t have to be. Plagued with autoimmune diseases, crippling chronic fatigue, daily pain, and a brain full of fog and forgetfulness, I found true healing. But it wasn’t until I spent years chasing the next therapy from supplements, to vitamin shots… IV therapies, perfect whole food organic diets. They all helped initially but were short lived. I was so tired of throwing anything and everything at the wall hoping something would stick. I wondered if this was just what my life was meant to be. Not only was I so far from thriving, but I was barely surviving. That was not what I wanted in my 40’s. I always felt there was something I was missing. I didn’t find what until I found Dr. Pompa. Today I thank him for helping me get my life back. I knew innately my body could work again, and I’m grateful everyday God lead me to find the information and tools needed to do it. If this is your reality, it doesn’t have to be. And it doesn’t matter how old you are - if you’re alive, you can heal. There is hope!

Listening to this podcast was really inspiring to me…as someone who has been ill with late-stage cancer, the depths of “pain,” goes deep…often times you wonder what it’s for, how God can use it for good, really just trying to see any light in that dark. To see Dr.Pompa (and his whole family, truly everyone’s impacted when you’re sick) find PURPOSE?!? God is so good. So redemptive. Thankful I discovered him and his program as well.
