This pod is great for fans, and Devon and their guests’ comments on tactics and technique have been great learning for my high-school-racing son.

But it’s not just a great cross-country ski podcast. I follow many on many subjects, and Devon, with help from Jason, is consistently funny, literate in all kinds of subjects he somehow makes relevant, and his excitement is infectious. Seldom do I finish a podcast in such a great mood. My son and I listen to the best ones more than once. I can’t recommend this enough.

If you like cross country skiing, you have to listen to this insiders guide to the World Cup. Filled with insight and information “behind the ropes”, Devon uses his 16 years of WC experience and close connections with the Norwegian and North American teams to lend color and depth to the latest race results.
Plus Devon is fearless and unsparing. He’ll gore any sacred cow that needs it.

I watch the US cross country skiers on streaming services every week that provide ABSOLUTELY zero context on the race strategies, drama, individual stories, etc.

Listening to this podcast after each race completely changes my view of the race I just watched. It’s amazing all the things that are totally invisible on the streaming services.

This podcast is not afraid to get technical and does not shy away from any topic in the sport. Very relaxed and honest conversations.

Super sweary take on all things Nordic. Devon is consistently hilarious. Good insights into World Cup cross country skiing and skiers.
