I was a huge fan of LivePD when it was still on the air—as a young adult cancer patient diagnosed in Nov. 2016, I can say I watched LivePD probably 6hrs/day during my entire first rounds of chemotherapy & radiation treatments. That amount increased to probably even more when I was diagnosed with a recurrence just months later & needed to receive a bone marrow transplant. The commitment to decency & humanity displayed by the officers & commentators on the show amidst so much darkness, indecency, & cynicism in our government/politics/public discourse, reminded me that there’s something to look forward to for my future as an American professional (if I made it out of this fight alive).
Our discourse & politics have changed so profoundly in just the 4.5 years it’s been since my initial diagnosis at 22 y/o—what initially prompted me to really follow LivePD—has made Abrams’ voice so much more pivotal in keeping my sanity throughout the drama of 2020/2021...which I am very sad to say has been more stressful than fighting cancer twice...
Thank you for your consistent dedication to the science & facts—I’m an MD,MPH student & my sister is an attorney—we have been so disappointed by the ever-increasing descent in credibility science & law have experienced at the hand of the grift (among other things). Keep speaking the actual, reasonable, moderate truth that reflects the logical & rational professionals who dedicate our lives to evidence-based decision making & the rule of law! ....& of course for being very engaging & a key figure in keeping up my spirits while fighting for my life.🙏🏼

Informative. The best interviews are when the host lets the guest get their point across without interruption. Dan got a bit snarky at the end. Great banter and great questions! I did read her first book which gives us insight of how our intelligence agencies can be twisted. I believe many Americans want confidence in our law enforcers at the top again, but it has been shaken.

Dan’s insights and opinions and the great guests he has make the show great to listen to. He has to stop having people call in. It only takes away from an otherwise great podcast. If I wanted to listen to a program with uninformed people calling in and giving dumb opinions I would listen to sports radio.

As a moderate independent I expected more balanced view points from Mr Abrams. As a lawyer he appears intelligent, fair minded and well trained in debates. However, I now believe he is is clearly biased and left leaning. Especially in todays biased media I prefer to listen to more moderate podcasts. Neither right or left Leaning.

Dan Abrams thinks he’s a non- bias host but after a minute or two you can discern his thoughts to one side. He plays to this idea that he in a balanced moderator weighing all sides, however his conversations push for a conclusion that is in line with his biases.
