I am pleased that I am already eating many of the foods from the many pyramids Annie suggests. My breakfasts typically consist of cottage cheese, a mixture of fresh berries, chopped pecans, a sprinkle of cinnamon, a tablespoon of flaxseed and a drizzle of local honey. Many people say to avoid dairy that I eat for protein. What is your opinion about cottage cheese? I do like that your comments are evidenced-based as that lends credibility to your words. I’ve followed you for years, have your cookbook, and now can listen to you when I walk.
