This podcast makes me feel seen, heard, valued & VALIDATED. Thank you for being courageous enough to share this with us. Your vulnerability & transparency will transcend time & heal generational trauma one black mother wounded girl at a time. The perspectives, actionable steps, and assurance makes the podcast amazing. I referred to it as “clarity in chaos” because this healing journey becomes very turbulent and confusing so her clarity creates a light and an end to the tunnel we’ve been lost in for years.
