I love this podcast! Betsy is so down to earth and REAL. So refreshing. She has an amazing ability to be able to explain complicated neuroscience-y topics in an easy to understand way. And I love how she is able to bridge the woo-woo with science. She also has great guests on her podcasts that have opened my eyes to so many more topics.
Everytime I listen to one of her podcasts it is exactly what I needed to hear in that moment and I always feel uplifted after.
