The Archers Omnibus - Podcast Rankings and reviews

I have grown up with the Archers and have listened for decades! When I moved to the States I wasn't sure how I would cope without my weekly omnibus fix. Can't tell you how happy I am to be able to get this podcast. A life saver!!

What a wonderful way to be able to have my weekly 'fix' of The Archers' Omnibus I remember when it all started way back in the early 50's and have followed the story ever since! Moved to the US at the beginning of this year and look forward to downloading the new podcast each week to enjoy my little bit of home. Long may it continue.

Spending time each week with these wonderful characters acted so well by a great cast makes you feel like you’re a part of the fictional country village of Ambridge. Jump onboard — you’ll soon figure out who is who and what’s going on.

I love catching up with the adventures of the Ambridge families, although there are plotlines I'm not fond of.

What frustrates me is that only the last four episodes are available on the feed, so if you miss one for some reason and aren't caught up, you can't catch up, you just have to get on with it. Fortunately, the soap-opera nature of the storylines makes it relatively easy to get back into things.
