Terms of Service with Clare Duffy

by CNN Podcasts

New technologies like artificial intelligence, facial recognition and social media algorithms are changing our world so fast that it can be hard to keep up. This cutting-edge tech often inspires overblown hype — and fear. That’s where we come in. Each week, CNN Tech Writer Clare Duffy will break down how these technologies work and what they’ll mean for your life in terms that don’t require an engineering degree to understand. And we’ll empower you to start experimenting with these tools, without getting played by them.

I’m absolutely loving this podcast honestly. Is your phone listening to you is probably my favorite episode but that’s because I’m a privacy lover. Your questions are top notch. Keep it coming.

Queenlovlies · Dec 2024

Oct 30th Episode - Hi Clare, love the show, however the Oct 30th “Terms of Service” Episode is very difficult to listen to. Your guest’s constant end of sentence raised inflection, which is unfortunately typical of the way younger people speak today, is a huge distraction. I couldn’t pick up any tips from the episode because in almost EVERY sentence the distraction was prominent. I know it’s probably a “me” issue, but I wanted to bring it up in case others had the same opinion. Keep up the great work though! Your Pod is VERY informative and I like it very much!
