I just discovered this podcast looking for something to listen to with my kids. They love it. The story telling is so engaging and the stories always teach important lessons. I’m still catching up but this is definitely a favorite. Thank you for this amazing content!

In an effort to reduce screen time we are listening to podcasts in the car. I searched for podcasts narrated by and or/starring Black children because representation matters! I downloaded several for my 8 yr old daughter to select from and she listened to the first episode Stoopkid Stories and was hooked! There have been no complaints about wanting to watch a show on the car ride because she wants to hear what’s going on with the podcast. I also love that my child gets to view life through the lens of other Black children. Also, the narrator is fun, engaging and authentic!

I’m so glad I discovered this podcast and listened with my nephews and they loved it! Melly has great energy and I think they picked up on that. The stories are great and carry lessons in them without being preachy. This one’s definitely a hit with us!! 10/10 recommend!
