Dr. Woolfork introduces listeners to inspiring fiber artists & she breaks down all the terminology and techniques needed to help “get your stitch together”
I just listened to my first episode ,I’m hooked. Dr.Woolfork tied together so many loose ends that I hadn’t been able to connect on my own,in a smart, entertaining and insightful way. I’m a fan. (also a word nerd).
This was my first listen and boy this was no disappointment! I’m self taught and now I understand fully what my style of learning is. I needed to hear you say that real sewers read the pattern instructions 3 times. Many mistakes would have been avoided had I stuck to this rule. Did not know this podcast existed - I love your simple, well informed explanation. Gonna go back and listen to more!
I had the pleasure of briefly running into the host of this podcast at a BBQ spot while visiting Texas with my best friend, she complimented my sewing notion tattoo! This podcast is such a treat! The host is so fun to listen to, her passion for sewing is infectious! Definitely looking forward to catching up on episodes I’ve missed!
