When I listen to an episode I get little bite-sized takeaways that aren’t too much for my brain. It’s a perfectly portioned amount of info for me to digest and I find myself continuing to noodle on the concepts a few days after listening.
Isabelle and David are so smart, fun, and warm. And on top of that, each episode (and everything on their website) is free and accessible for all…so be sure to check out all of the powerful resources for those in the ADHD community they provide!

I was diagnosed recently, in my 30s, and sometimes my impulsive behavior makes me feel like something is wrong with me. This podcast makes it clear to me that I’m not alone—that there is a reason I feel the way I do and there are ways I can overcome it (if that’s the right thing to do). Nearly every episode, I have this exciting realization in response to an anecdote or concept the hosts introduce, “Oh my god! I do that all the time! I thought I was the only one!” I am so thankful for every episode and I’m so appreciative of the honesty and candor of the hosts. Thank you for producing an incredible podcast!
