Full of action. Realistic, well written & relatable characters. Which were also well performed.

Very real depictions of the effects of war on the human psyche on a personal level.

This is an excellent use of the podcast medium. I commend the creators for putting this story out there in this way. I also thank the writer of the original book- John Quintrell. For sharing his story and the story of his friends. I see a little bit of my brothers in all of them.

I teared up and gained new insight and empathy for those going through the horrors of the Vietnam war. I highly recommend this gritty and poignant drama.

This thing sounds like war. It’s like saving private Ryan in fiction podcast form: it’ll put you right in the jungle and make you feel terrified. If you’re a vet, approach with caution. If you’re not, you really ought to listen.

It’s a wild ride but one you can’t stop listening too. The production value and acting is second to none. This story echoes the ones I’ve heard from family who fought in Vietnam. I hope more shows get made like this.
