This is a great podcast for engaging your mind while doing chores. I learn from it, but at the same time I am also feeling validated about my single lifestyle, which is soothing. Aaaand also at the same time, I’m chuckling over the cheeky and snide asides from Peter and his guests. They come from many backgrounds and have expertise on a wide range of topics, some lighthearted and some serious and crucial (like finances, where singles are seriously disadvantaged). Peter and the guests are empathic and relatable. I hope that with time, more married people will start listening.

Peter is an extraordinarily wise and thoughtful voice in the Solo community. I mean that the research he does and the concepts and topics he discusses are important and accessibly presented, but they are thought-provoking and comforting at the same time. I really feel connected to the worldwide community of Solos thanks to Peter. Listening to these podcasts is a true comfort to my soul and uplift to my spirits.

I have certainly learned how to live a remarkable life with Peter's expert guidance, his depth of knowledge garnered from his years as a researcher and a bachelor. His unique perspective, his teaching skills, and his vulnerability come together to create a unique learning experience that envelopes my heart and makes me laugh.

What a terrific exploration of unconventional relationships and more importantly, relationship with self. Peter McGraw’s definitions of the 4 types of Solos is smart, useful and validating :)
