My toddler (Si - pronounced like “sigh”) and I both love the creative stories and calming voice. She now gets her stuffy ready to do the deep breathing exercises. She’d love a story about Bluey and Bingo meeting an octopus, or the Paw Patrol helping a farmer find all their chickens that fled the coop! These podcasts are cute and the host uses a calm voice perfect for bedtime. Also love the breathing exercises at the beginning.
