This is my current favorite podcast. I laugh multiple times each episode. I love the blend of NBA news with pop culture. These two seem like we’d best friends. The little trophies are my favorite part! Honestly wish it was more than once a week.

If you are sick of take artists who are more about their own opinions than the game they cover, this is the podcast for you. Both hosts are knowledgeable, but are more about having fun covering the game, then beating you over the head with manufactured discourse. Great chemistry and is the best Basketball podcast out there.

Jason and Shea have done a few podcasts together and their chemistry and friendship makes for a great listen. They are so funny and they love their teams so much while also being great fans of the NBA as a whole and pop culture. I have enjoyed their work since the Grantland days and everything they each do separately is excellent but they have a ton of fun together and if you enjoy the nba or the Gladiator you will find something to enjoy on this podcast.

Jason and Shea are great hosts, I've been listening to them for years starting at The Ringer. Jason is one of the most creative podcasts hosts on the planet, i love everything he puts out. The two of them have awesome chemistry and together they made a basketball podcast that keeps you up to date, laughing, and entertained! If you want stats thrown at you and play by play breakdown this podcast isn't it, but if you want to ENJOY an awesome sports/ pop culture podcast then look no further!

I think the hosts would prefer to be hosting a current events/pop culture podcast, but felt that basketball would attract a more consistent audience. They join a chorus of nba talking heads that find basketball itself to be boring, but feed off the audience and drama. Im disappointed by the latest episode, and feel that its an attempt to push the podcast away from the sport its branded for. Theres PLENTY of basketball news this week, and yet we have to hear jokes and recaps of a film that occurred over a generation ago.
I love these guys, but i wish they enjoyed talking about basketball as much as they do overwhelmingly mainstream movies. Just start a pop culture podcast, and wait for the audience to come. I’d listen to it, but i wanted a good basketball week recap show.
