This is the only podcast I recommend to people. And if I haven’t recommended it to you, I’ve definitely talked to you about something I heard Emily or one of her guests say. It has eeked its way into my identity in the best way, and you should let it do the same for you. I started listening 4 years ago and I still listen weekly!
Four years ago I had a very routine, just frequent enough to save me from feeling guilty, vanilla sex life.. And now I can confidently say I am having the best sex of my life. And the effect it has had in the other areas of my relationship, and our family dynamic even, has been so positive.
Overall, I feel like I have begun to unlock the sexual person that I always was, but had been taught to repress. I still have a lot of growth ahead of me, and I’m excited for it, and excited to keep listening to Sex With Emily every week to help me on that growth journey.

Dr. Emily talks about everything we are afraid to talk about openly and thanks to her I think many people (myself included) are becoming better at understanding sex, desire and intimacy as a whole. Emily‘s authenticity and transparency around the subject of sex is so refreshing. For centuries so many people associate sex with shame and that has created a stigma that is never overcome by many. Emily opens the door to examine sex in a mindful and loving way, which leads people down a path of acceptance of the fact that sex is not taboo and in fact is one of the greatest gifts of our humanity. Thank you, Emily!

I used to enjoy this podcast however it seems like the ads are now built into the episode. Or the episodes are built around the ads! I’m all about using supplements however, structuring Solaray products sales should not be part of your unbiased opinion! That’s just one example. Come on Emily, this is deceptive. Change your ad style so they’re outside of the episode and we’ll trust your advice.
