Scrolling 2 Death is an incredibly informative and timely podcast that every adult who interacts with children should be listening to. Whether you're a parent, teacher, grandparent, babysitter, or coach, this podcast delivers essential insights into the complex world of kids and technology, covering everything from smartphones and gaming to screen time and mental health.
I just listened to the episode on brain development and screen use, and it was eye-opening. Dr. Mackensen does a fantastic job summarizing the challenges in a clear, engaging way, and she offers practical, realistic solutions that don't feel overwhelming. It's rare to find a resource that is both educational and accessible, but this podcast nails it.
Highly recommended for anyone trying to navigate the digital landscape with children in mind.
