As the owner of a large school in high growth mode, Chanie’s podcasts are very insightful and provide clarity into the big issues leaders face. She delivers these insights in a way that challenges our status-quo for the better. She is succinct, impactful and no-nonsense - an approach that motivates me to take action. I highly recommend this podcast to all school leaders who won’t settle for less than excellence.

I’m the husband of a childcare center owner. My wife has been in Chanie’s program for a few years now and she’s excellent! We often choose to listen to Chanie’s podcasts while driving around together. I enjoy listening and learning so I can help support our family business and make our school be the best it can be. I really enjoy Chanie’s conferences as well! Hands down, if you’re in early childcare (or not!) this is probably the best podcast out there that I know of!
