Antrese’s podcast and coaching is a pivot point in my life. It has been a journey, yes, but more a moment in time when I turned towards trusting my artist. When I started listening to myself and acting on what I love, as many hours in the day as I can. Antrese is blessed with a thoughtful, brilliant, kind and loving mind. Her laser focus on what is the crux of an issue lands me where I need to be. A great gift to me and many others I am sure.

Antrese gets to the heart of the matter while simultaneously offering a different perspective to explore. Pick a subject that any artist struggles with- and it’s probably presented here with more truth and love than our beautiful divergent minds can absorb in one sitting.

As a painter who has had her life upended too many times, getting back into it can feel like climbing the same mountain again and again without a trail and never reaching the top. You lose touch with friends, live in places where you don’t fit in. Putting on headphones and walking with Antrese and her interviews in your head is like being in a community again. I’m working my way up from the earliest podcasts. It’s a nice place to be.
