Really enjoy listening to Ron talk about his day to day in the shop with the odd issues that he finds. Also does a great job of talking to the callers on the radio in explaining it on each callers level of knowledge from weekend mechanic to the novice. Can’t go wrong here.

Great show very informative, positive view point automotive maintenance. Great trade & skill information that applies to aviation, I use a lot of Ron’s information as an aviation mechanic instructor for my students. Especially troubleshooting skills and attitude and approach to troubleshooting.

I do most of my own car repairs, this is both out of necessity and choice. I am perpetually poor and I like to make sure the job is done right. Ron is extremely accessible and provides the amount of guidance and pep talk that I need to tackle these automotive tasks in my driveway. As far as I can tell this is the only car show whose host actively operates their own auto repair business and STILL WORKS ON CARS for a living.

I was immediately hooked, and binged almost every episode after hearing one episode. 😀
Ron has a great radio voice, loves the subject matter, and has credibility. Those qualities make for great radio. I can’t believe my Pittsburgh radio affiliates don’t carry the show 🤬
