The YouTube algo brought me to Rena and I was happy to discover her podcast. She gives a friendly, down-to-earth exploration of many different topics. If one doesn’t apply to me it most certainly will apply to someone in my life. Her explanations are clear, straightforward and quick to the point- I often have to listen to most podcaster on 2X speed but not with Rena. I love the dude who reads the AMA questions on her show, he has a voice made for ASMR :-)
