I have trouble sleeping because of anxiety. Turning on white noise really balances me out at night and gives me something to focus on. Unlike Spotify I don’t have to hear any commercials when I’m trying to fall asleep. The best white noise podcast for me and I sleep so well sometimes I don’t even realize I’m sleeping . Turn your head phones on and the app will do the rest.

Lovely and calming, and most importantly, long enough to keep me through a study session or get me to sleep. An 8hr episode only has ads in the very beginning so no interruptions.
