Amanda Armstrong explains what anxiety is, how it affects the body in clear and simple ways. I’ve relied on my patience to help my loved one with anxiety; patience runs out. Now, thanks to Amanda, I have an understanding of anxiety and my patience infinite. Even better, my loved one is filling her toolbox with the tools she needs to manage and regulate anxiety!

Why could I not find this podcast sooner!? Listening to Amanda calmly explain the neuroscience about why we do what we do has helped me feel less alone in my feelings. I’m learning how to redirect my thoughts and body with somatic practices and kindness. Really grateful for her hard work and passion to help others like me who struggle with anxiety and depression.
