This podcast is an absolute goldmine for anyone interested in real estate investing, Gabe did an awesome job and the whole conversation flowed naturally and he did a really good job of drawing out valuable tips and advice. Being a person that has dabbled in real estate, in the early 2000 market and in the 2008 market, listening to episode 122 with Kevin Amolsch brought back some financing strategies that I used and was successful with. Kevin is so knowledge , seasoned and provided value tips. That episode was so informative, engaging and packed with value from start to finish!

Marty and the crew are sharing decades of real estate knowledge on this show. As an investor who is just getting started, I’ve been able to take some of their ideas and work them into my own investing strategy. The Real Estate Power Play is quickly becoming one of my go to listens!

I love these guys, I feel like they are giving real info about actual deals they are doing and without the extra hype!
