I love this enduring podcast and recommend it to others all the time! Even though the hosts have evolved, the content has remained relevant and useful. From the very first episode in 2016 (discussing Tara Mohr’s book Playing Big), I enjoyed listening to the perspectives of the POTC hosts. As the podcast evolved, they began to interview authors and that added a powerful new dimension. I enjoy reading, so the episodes with authors really speak to me.
I have listened to many episodes, and I receive so much practical information about navigating the common struggles in life’s journey from them. Whether you’re struggling with a big family decision or figuring out your next meaningful project, POTC will help you gain perspective and clarity on the situation.
Most recently I listened to Episode 366 where the hosts experimented with a new format of having the hosts walk us through values exercises. I found it very clarifying, and I imagine many listeners would agree. I appreciate that this podcast continues to develop while keeping true to the message of living a value-centered life.
In full disclosure, I will mention that I was a guest on Episode 347 Job Changes

I love ACT and this podcast helps me to stay grounded, motivated, and curious. So thankful for all of your hard work and excited to continue listening!
Also, the mental health field is dominated by women people! The work that women contribute in these professions has made such a difference in the lives of countless people, so learn to respect them AND their voices. If you are truly concerned about credibility just look into the host’s professional backgrounds and you’ll get the information you seek 🤷♀️.
