Seriously, the conversation had by Jeff and Caitlin V. is the sex education that shows like Sex and the City & And Just Like That could have been the vehicles to deliver to popular culture. Caitlin talks about communication of preferences and dismantling the narrative that men are ready to go all the time in a way that would have been SO helpful for my teenage and twenty year old self.

I love every episode, both the solo ones and the ones with guests. I could listen to his podcast for hours upon hours and sometimes I do on road trips. He is super honest, introspective, funny, insightful, interesting, helpful and all around awesome. Jeff is a gem and I’m so grateful to have found him. I love his personal stories as well as the way he thinks about approaching different issues, his “toxic validating” and ability to be open-minded and compassionate, while still being honest about his personal struggles. My appreciation for Jeff was even more solidified when he brought on Emily Dexter and shared a part of himself that I didn’t know existed, and fully love. 🙏 Thanks Jeff!!!
